MONITOR with SAVAC at the Camera Bar

A couple of weeks ago, right after the big freeze of 2005, I braved the cold and made my way down to the Camera Bar for SAVAC's first annual MONITOR film and video festival. I took my camcorder to see what I could piece together, so this is my first shot at doing it but I hope to be able to do more as my hard drive allows it.

Don't mind the voice over (I need a new mic and better recording facilities).

That was pretty cool Christine. Video posts will definitely make even the most jaded blog reader perk up a bit.

If I wasn't busy saving up for my own video posting fund, I would gladly contribute to yours :)

Do you have a tripod or something?
The filming was a bit too jarring for me.
But then again, I was a film class nerd! :P
I definitely like the possibilities with video though, especially for live concerts, art exhibits, guest lecturers, etc!

No, I don't have a tripod and instead of going to film school, I went to broadcasting instead. Hence the CityTV look. Also, I sped up the footage going into the Camera Bar, which is probably why it was so choppy.
