This has nothing to do with this story, but just a comment on the video segments that have become BlogTO as of late.  If you are going to do video, do it right.  The YouTube quality is just sad.  Just write the article instead of using a handy-cam and just pointing at a person for 2 minutes.  I have only watched 3 of them and they are all so bad that I am just skipping them all together.  The articles here are usually well written, the photographs are well done, why such shitty video?  If you cant do it well just don't do it at all.]]>

This makes absolutely no sense to me.  If I'm not mistaken the Mayor's own goals for the city was to make it greener and more energy efficient and now they're charging people EXTRA to invest in the possibility of more environmentally friendly power generation?!

Shouldn't this be something that the city and Toronto Hydro should be doing anyways?]]>
