FYI... Trump International Hotel & Tower, Toronto was announced in March 2004 and sales began in September 2007--NOT 2001!. It's still a 925 ft. high building (tallest residential building in Canada), and with over $275-million in sales in 2 1/2 years, a sold-out pre-construction inventory and construction begining this September... I wouldn't exactly call that 'slow sales'' nor a failure. In any other city... that's called a "success." But hey, that's Toronto for ya...

Has anyone seen the inside of the suites they were selling?? They were waaaaay to stuffy and not contemporary enough for the Toronto market IMO.

I have NEVER understood how this creep became as big a celebrity as he has.

I'd love to see him just go away. He's a joke. I also never understood how, in an economy like the one we have, outsourcing, lost jobs/healthcare/pensions, that someone could popularize a phrase like, "You're Fired!!". That would be like the french wearing T-shirts saying "Let them eat cake!" during Louis XVI (even though Marie never actually said that).

Trump can't do anything right. His casino in Atlantic City went bankrupt. No casino goes bust--unless your name is Trump. Even his NBC program tanked.
