trey, i'm sorry to hear about your bad experience with them. i've worked in retail before and can't believe how some places have such bad customer service. i might be heading to the st lawrence market this weekend, and i'd be happy to send a bottle of mustard to you.]]>

Kozlik's mustard seems like a friendly shop, but they took my money and never mailed me my mustard. My wife and I were visiting from the U.S. and were immediately charmed by the variety and selection of mustards available at the St. Lawrence Market location of the Mustard Emporium. We could not take the bottles back home with us by airplane due to flight restrictions, so we arranged to have them mailed. Kozlink's claimed their cash register was not working, but they gave us a handwritten receipt indicating that we had purchased $60 of mustard and allowed $15 for shipping to the U.S. They said we'd have our mustards in a few weeks. TWO MONTHS, a dozen emails, and a half dozen phone calls to Canada later, not only have we not received our mustards, but they haven't even bothered to respond to me once. It's not a lot of money, but their behavior is detestable and I would discourage anyone from doing business with them. ]]>
