I really like Coca for the food and the nice range of wines...but I find the service unpredictable. Our waitress was snooty and unhelpful the last time we went...one dish didn't arrive for 45 minutes and when we asked about it at the 40-miniye mark she said, haughtily, "Well, I put in the order..." and walked away. We spent $60 between the two of us...I expect better treatment at those kinds of prices.]]>

Good question, SH. We spent $50 between the two of us for those 4 dishes. I will track down the receipt and update the review with specifics today. Cheers.]]>

coca has been altering their pricing since they opened and i'd say it's pretty difficult to really nail down what a meal there would cost you.

when it first opened it was very reasonable but it's slowly moving out of that realm and i would say that torito in kensington is of much better value.

i've pretty much never been disappointed with torito but found the horse tenderloin at coca to be tough and unusually gamey and the coca breads there to be dull... not withstanding of course how much upsell there seemed to be as well.]]>

I've been there once... it was about $40-$50 a person, I would say, including a glass of wine.]]>

Good review but, unless I'm mistaken, there's nothing about price here. I actually have a very specific question regarding the price... have you ever gone to the Tapas place in Kensington? Do you think it costs more or less?]]>
