P.S. Blog TO needs to fix their feedback section. I had paragraphs and proper spacing, but that all changes once I hit "add comment".

Now the comment above comes off like a thick fog of random sentences. Yuck!]]>

Avoid this place.

Not only is the owner/manager Chris an annoying Dana White wannabe with his overbearing "straight talk" style, he also doesn't really care to listen to what a customer actually wants to print on their shirt.

He is insistent on what he thinks would be a good choice, doesn't really care to listen his customer, and thinks that just because he knows the t-shirt business, has the liberty to say that everyone else is an "asshole" and that only he has the best intentions at heart.

And to top it all off, they'll give you one price on the phone just to get you to come all the way to east TO, but once you get there, they'll say that isn't the price, and will give you a much higher quote instead. Talk about a waste of time and trip.

That's was a really sleazy experience.

In conclusion, I would instead recommend a much more open and customer-friendly shop like Hardboiled Inc. The people over there actually respect their customer and don't try to manipulate you by giving you all kinds of misleading advice and quotes.

Oh, and Hardboiled's prices beats these guys hands down. It's not even a fair comparison. I saved more than half on the final amount (after taxes and service charges) with them.

(Based on actual experience)

I agree with everyone's posts (except Linda of course)...I am on my way to pick up my fourth job with them and have always found them to have great customer service! I have had girls weekend tanks printed (I found my own shirts and brought them in) and several single T's - and despite the small order size, they have always been very helpful and speedy. We had a miscommunication on the design for one of the jobs, but when I asked Chris about it, he was very quick to remedy the situation! (again discrediting poor Linda)
Highly recommended!!!]]>

I wanted to spend more....he talked me into spending less???
I thought he was nuts - but I've since reordered three times, and my seconded ordered needed artwork revisions; so their advice saved me a far amount of money. I can't say enough good things about the service. It's like talking to a good friend, not some cheesy sales dude!

Bravo]]>

The owner is a gentleman named Christopher. i have never met a business person so eager to help, even when it meant explaining his service was not what you, the customer needed - who does that!

The T-shirt business is extremely competitive.
You do not survive if you give poor service, never mind sustain a space in a downtown building. Linda's complaint does not add up....]]>

I have nothing to say about the T Shirt Guys other than their customer service is IMPECCABLE and their prices EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE.

Like Kathy, I had a tight deadline to meet and they had went above and beyond their call of duty by printing my t-shirts WITHIN THE HOUR I brought them into the store.

Oh yeah, they encourage you to find better deals on t-shirts if you're budget conscious. How crazy is that??]]>

My bet? You work for a rival company, Linda.
But nice try.
Way to write the most vague complaint ever. Perhaps it's for that reason you didn't get what you wanted?]]>

That's so lame Linda! Anyone can write anything they want on a public form to discredit a company. You obviously have a burr up your ass - but i bet you didn't have the guts to address this with the company directly. What really happened? Some people can simply never be satisfied. Yours in a gutless comment - I work in their building and hear nothing but excellent comments about their customer service.]]>

We had a really bad experience with the T-shirt Guys. We were promised certain things which never came to be, and when we tried to get the company to deliver on their promises we received angry emails with twisted, incorrect facts. Their customer service is beyond terrible. We have a number of people who belong to certain groups who order T-shirts from time to time, and they will never use this group and are telling others to stay away from them. We should never have trusted them and paid them before all promises were kept.]]>

Went in to see the guys and girls at T-shirt Guys on a last ditch effort to create some original shirts for an upcoming guys weekend. Walked in around 5:15pm (closing is 6pm) and spent a little under an hour and a half with one of the owners as he helped edit my design. He helped save me some money by reducing my prints from 3 colors to 2 ($35/per) and had the shirts completed in half the time of any of the other custom T-shirt printers around the city.

Highly recommended!]]>

A friend suggested T-Shirt Guys: I've had two jobs with them. Not only is the artwork FREE, but they actually wanted me to order fewer shirts than I figured i needed to order!!! They make their own shirts (better than American Apparel) and the printing is completely ecologically friendly
I can say enough good things about them.
Their customer service ROCKS!

Kathy :)]]>
