I have eaten at the Broadview Magic Oven and the prices are rediculously expensive. The pesto pasta had way too much oil and it didn't sit well (with my tummy). Never again.]]>

Another thing to add...it's better to eat in than take out. I've tried take out and by the time I ate it, my pizza wasn't crunchy anymore.]]>

I think it might have been the location that's bad because I love the one at Yonge and Wellesley. I've never had any problems and the food was delicious. My favourite is the Vegan Magic (but I always add their organic mozzarella) on the regular crust (crunchy just the way I like it). It is quite expensive, so that's why it's better to go at lunch (You get the same size pizza for a couple dollars cheaper) and I go often but just to treat myself. The service was also very good. I also recommend their raspberry lemonade - delicious!]]>

I am actually so disgusted by my sandwich that I would like to elaborate further on my above comment: I'm vegan, (not a super picky vegan, if someone accidently puts cheese in my food I will eat it rather than waste it). I work in liberty village so it's pretty slim pickins for lunch time food around here. I ordered the BBQ tofu ciabatta, which sounded pretty good, with BBQ tofu, and spinach. It's about 9 bucks, so I was expecting something at least a step up for Subway's veggie equivelent. (By they way, Magic Oven's sandwiches are described as being "stuffed" with delicious ingredients and baked to perfection). When I get my sandwich, the bread is soggy, and more like a giant flatbread pita type of thing rather than ciabatta, and I am pretty sure it's not ciabatta as any ciabatta I've had in the past is slightly crispy on the outside, but I may be wrong. Anyway, there are about 15 1cm cubes of cold tofu scattered on the base of the sandwich. There is a quarter cup of barbecue sauce poured on top of the tofu, and globs of mayo which was not listed as being one of the ingredients. On top there are one or two measly spinach leaves. It was a pretty disgusting sight but for 9 bucks I decided to eat it anyway. I might have gone back to complain but one of the employees kept giving me dirty looks between checking his email. This place sounded good with their vegetarian and vegan options but, it's way overpriced and not well made at all, I recommend NEVER eating here. ]]>

This place is a joke. They try to come off like they know what they're doing but their pizza is crap. And the prices are absolutely ridiculous. I gave it a shot thinking it must be one of those "get what you pay for" situations. NOT! Never going back. ]]>

Not sure what happened with you guys, but I'm glad I had a good experience :) Their $25 deal is definitely worth it for two toppings, choice of sauce and cheese. We couldn't make up our minds about goat cheese, so the waiter suggested that we use that as the cheese of the pizza. So, our entire pizza was loaded with goat cheese (which is quite expensive itself), thai basil pesto, and they definitely delivered on our toppings which we did half and half of (free range chicken and sundried tomatoes/free range chicken and mushrooms). The toppings were fresh, delicious, and plentiful! The waiter brought an entire bottle of olive oil when we asked for some, and we ate to our heart's content. Great pizza, great prices. I'm definitely going back!

Note: I say great prices because of the $25 deal. Definitely wouldn't want to spend any more than that.]]>

Lunch at Broadview/Danforth location was gross. It was at the Magic Oven partner - Cafe Next Door. The food tasted contaminated or like the oil was bad. Yuck! Never going back. ]]>
