Hey grammar-scout - I believe they also have a unit on Respecting Your Neighbours or at least a session with those lovely Conflict Resolution worksheets.

If you paid attention in that area, you'd learn that constructive criticism can be a positive and useful process.

Instead, your usual hurling of insults, petty commentary and sweeping generalizations about our the blog and bloggers just leave us ignoring you, and considering a ban on your rude comments... and we really don't want to do any of that.

You get a time-out instead.
Go sit in the corner.]]>

Can the editor do something about the crimes to the english language in the form of apostrope usage which have become endemic here? It is extremely amateurish and embarassing and, while I expect to get pilloried for taking the time to lecture, detracts significantly from the reading exerience and impact of this site. Why should I take your point seriously when you haven't taken the time to effectively communicate it? Perhaps a staff field trip to an elementary school during a grammar lesson. I believe they cover apostrophe use in Grade 4.

A review:

's is a possessive. BlogTO's stunning array of grammatical errors.

s/es/s' are the plural form of singular nouns. BlogTO has many grammatically challenged writers.

The more you know...]]>
