Regarding the pool depiction - how typical of advertising, two attractive women in bikinis and one mottled looking pale guy with a crappy pair of baggy cargo bathing trunks. Why not have a nice looking guy in there? Answer - they are marketing to the average dude - "you can be here in your baggy shorts looking at model women". eeecccchhhh]]>

Hi,
I totally agree that every new habit begins with mental shifts
We are currently in the process of adding new 3D models for all our listings. This is a feature exclusively for AREAS Real Estate Team listings.
The best loft townhouse on the market!!! Enjoy 18 ft. ceilings, massive south facing two storey windows, and a private entrance.
The inside is flooded with natural light, and views of open sky. Rarely available, and much sought after,
only a few townhouse units enjoy patios in the tranquil building courtyard. If you want to know more about it then please Follow the

My point is that a reality of a big city is that you have to be reasonably successful in order to afford even a small place. Most people would rather live in a 1000 sf than a 300 sf space but this is all they can afford. In changing social dynamics with a lot more single people than before these spaces are not as ridiculous as blogTO presents it week after week. People just got used to whining about it. Canadian problems; poor me I have to live in down town Toronto by myself in 350-600 sf of heated air conditioned apartment with endless hot running water. We should all get fully detached mansions paid for by the government with public transport at our doorstep. ]]>

People throughout history have always moved closer to work. We have the opposite mentality here and that's why getting around is brutal.

I hate these new developments, but if it prevents one moocher from driving in from Markham, it's a positive. ]]>

Its actually cheaper to live outside Toronto. Unfortunate as that is, why not live outside the city in a much larger place, and commute in via go train?

I mean how busy are you that you have to live right by your work? Are you a Medical Doctor or Lawyer, or just plain lazy and stupid for making such a poor investment in one of these jail cells? It's Baffaling really. ]]>

I do wonder what constitutes "walking distance" and "decent grocery store" to Robyn.

There's a Loblaws 1km, a Sobeys 1.1km, and a Longo's 1.25km from the condo. Plus the Fresh and Wild (tight and some high prices) 535m away. Sure it's not quite as convenient as having the grocery store in your basement like at Maple Square but it's well within the realm of reason. Or does only No Frills or T&T qualify as decent grocery stores? ]]>

I don't want empty praise, but I don't want empty denigration either. Being negative for the sake of being negative isn't honest or fun.

As someone who is currently in the market for a condo, A review that says "The too small suites are too small" is not useful. Describing the worst qualities of the smallest suites is not helpful to the average buyer, and if someone is actually in the market for 400sqft saying "it's really small" doesn't tell you anything.

I thought this was supposed to be a helpful guide, but if it's just an extension of blogTO's anti-condo party line, I guess that's my own fault for not understanding.]]>

Is that supposed to be Bond in the first picture in the white dinner jacket?

These units sound tiny. I don't know if condo literature provides this, but could you say what they give as the average for each suite size? $250000 seems crazy for a tiny bachelor, but it would be even worse if they skyrocket to $350000 or something for the 1 bedrooms. New Toronto Condo XYZ

Condos are stupid and marketing is stupid. Toronto has too many condos and I hate them.

The good:

Whatever features they try to highlight are stupid and condos are small, but at least it's located downtown.

The bad:

Everything about this condo sucks, they're too expensive and too small and there's too many of them.

Verdict:

Condos are stupid and I hate them.
