i was just back in toronto for the first time in awhile and back in this neighbourhood where i used to live and work, and i have to say i love this series of murals, especially at night they are an amazing, subtle, haunting, and beautiful addition to the landscape. wish they had been there when i had to walk through this corridor everyday. ]]>

I personally like the murals and I walk by them at least twice a day. I'm glad he's doing the other side of the street. I just wish he'd cover up the graffiti. If some graffiti artists want to contribute, the least they could do would be to try and make their grafitti look a little better, not some ugly tag or just some spraypaint vandalism...]]>

Totally Agree with Paul's comment.

I also live in the neighbourhood and feel that the Monochromatic colours do nothing to help bring life to the area. The design does feel incomplete, reminds me of a colouring book waiting to be filled in.]]>

I live in the neighborhood, and just this past Saturday I walked across the underpass and was thinking about this mural. I want to like it, but ultimately I think it falls short. It's drab and feels incomplete. I don't think I'd have a problem with the monochromatic aspects if there was a base coat / background, but the whole "blending in with the concrete" thing just doesn't work well in my opinion.]]>
