I forgot to shoot Tim an email, so I'll add my two cents on the two pizza pies here...

I didn't notice sausage on the meat pizza, and I can't say it seemed "Cajun" or "creole," but the prosciutto was nice. Either a little less crust or a little more topping would've made a better balance. Not a personal fave, but not bad either. The veggie pizza was better, although I would've liked if the broccoli was par-boiled before baked on the pizza.

I'm not inspired to go order either pizza, but if Tim springs for Peter's pizza again, I hope it's seafood.]]>

I love Peter's Bourbon Street, but it's been a while since I've been able to have any -- have lived just a bit too far outside their delivery area for a few years. Will have to organize a pizza date, like you guys.]]>

Aw, the crew went for a pizza review group date! heh.

The Samba El?gua kids and I used to rehearse in ol' Corktown there. When we ate at Peter's, those who liked or could stomach meat (but not pork products) on pizza enjoyed the Estate ("ess-tah-tay") best -- shaved roast chicken, I think goat cheese and roasted red peppers, maybe sundried tomatoes? (see menu on resto. website) -- party-sized Estate(s) + reasonable beer + cozy booths and small tables + good friends = mmm.]]>
