I really do appreciate the hard work that goes into this segment of blogTO. Still, perhaps it would be better to expand the horizons and profile people outside of the indie / hipster / bowties-are-in-again crowd. I understand that the blog must report on what is current. However, indie themes are not the only current trends. I feel that whoever manages this segment must be focusing on their own friends -- or people like them. Perhaps, as a challenge, it would good to include the fashion habits of some slightly older Torontonians...warts and all.

I agree, I have been watching Toronto Street Style videos http://vimeo.com/35736561 and noticed that when they feature an older Torontonian they always have a very unique and well put together look. Not the, "I tried to hard to look cool today" young hipsters, seen over and over again. Every one of us can take some inspiration from the older style guru's.

Remember when Street Style seemed to be about stopping people on the street instead of hanging out at fancy parties?

Sweet Jesus.

Guys, why are you strangling your nuts in those tight jeans? I know they get itchy sometimes, but that doesn't call for cruel and unusual punishment.

This hipster nad waterboarding has got to stop; If they knew where the WMD's were they would've told you by now.

Shall I continue? http://michaeljagdeo.wordpress.com/2011/10/21/comedy-routine-for-the-hipster-crowd/

I remember when! I think it was around September or October...

When it wasn't freakin' freezing outside and you could actually see people's clothes.

Oh dearies, all they need is a bit of sugar icing on their privates and we can lick ourselves and themselves silly!! And then we can all go off like good little trolls and drink our troll beer and make our troll beds and thank the Gardiner for our housing, unless of course you are lucky enough to camp in the Rosedale ravine. Dear Lord, I am cold now. Perhaps I will make my sorry way to the necromancer. Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

How is it called BlogTO when it just focuses on a tiny niche of the city? BlogTO has now become a joke... hipsters and a place to vent hatred on Rob Ford. No real substance, shame.

Wake up people...at least somebody in this fucking town has some style. It the Interior Design Show what did you expect, everybody to be sporting their "905 uniforms"...leafs jersey, cheap white runners and a girlfriend with a ponytail, hoop earrings and sweat pants!? It like this town in moving back into the dark ages one Ford brother at a time...
