PR, Twitter buzz makes it tough for New York designer to live up to her pre Toronto Fashion Week hype

Of all the designers debuting at this week's LG Fashion Week, New York based Angela Chen was undoubtedly the most hyped. Between tweets and emails from her PR people there was plenty of buzz and expectations for this designer who counts Chloe Sevigny and Kirsten Dunst among her clients.
