Billy Bob Thornton Gets His Gravy - The T-Shirt

Posted by Tim / April 19, 2009

Billy Bob Thornton GravyBilly Bob Thornton made such an impression the other week that he now stars in his very own Canadian-themed t-shirt. Local print shop and promotional items supplier Artik has lent its creativity to the cause with a mash potatoes and gravy T (image above). The shirt sells for $19.95 and is available through Artik's web site.

It's nice to see people getting some use out of MS Paint.

Beyond the rampant fail: seriously people, get over it.

"Beaver body one shade of brown, tail another shade of brown: fail"

Have you ever actually seen a beaver?

Are we sure that Billy Bob didn't actually create these as a way to embarrass us? That's pretty weak.

I can't wait to find some of these at Value Village a few years from now and having no idea what the hell is going on.

With the rest of the ineptitude of the drawing, I figured there was no way this guy could have drawn a cartoon beaver face and and pot like that, so he must have scoffed it from somewhere else. <a href="http://printables.kaboose.com/canadian-beaver.html";>I was right</a>.

And $20? WTF? The company even sells the blank t-shirt stock for $4.50 each (and that's not even wholesale). This is cheap dollar-store souvenir shit, and I can't imagine anyone being douchey enough to wear it.

BBT could only hope to be half as talented as Jazzy Jeff.

You mean there was a moment where you thought it wasn't a 5-second-clipart-photoshop job and had to investigate further? Haha, welcome to the internet.

Really? This stuff was old news the day after it happened, much like the Christian Bale rant, which also received a commemorative t-shirt. Do people actually buy this stuff?

<i>&gt; Have you ever actually seen a beaver?</i>

This (unintentional?) double-entendre is substantially funnier than the T-shirt.

a very sad attempt at a joke.

"substantially funnier" does not mean much compared to this t-shirt.

At least we have a mature response to Billy-Bob, I was afraid it would would be childish and embarrassing.
