Toronto T-Shirts - Looking for Inspiration Beyond the Needle
Is it just me or have a number of designers emerged recently hawking Toronto themed t-shirts? The aptly named T-Dot Clothing is one such entrant that's riding this wave, selling $35 tees like the above on their web site.
Unfortunately, like the Toronto t-shirts on sale at Urban Outfitters, I find many include cliched CN Tower-themed images . I'd love to see some more creative thinking and inspiration drawn from life beyond a Toronto Tourism marketing brochure.

Props to him for trying to start up his own business - but sheesh, the execution is WEAK.
(And oh yeah, the concentric circle designs he had were "okay", but I liked the original FAR better:

seems like the overdone NY / statue of liberty theme rethought; personally, I get 'Akomplice' T's; Rob Dobi has some pretty nifty styles too: www.robdobi.com
