Your White Dress Bridal OutletYour White Dress Bridal Outlet may lack ambiance, but it more than makes up for it in service and savings. All dresses in the enormous showroom retail for $299, no matter the original price tag. At this price point, it's no wonder the outlet attracts brides from across the country.

I believe this is now called Windsor Bridal.

ESB is correct. This store is now called Windsor Bridal. It's no longer true that all the dresses retail at $299. I tried on dresses that ranged from $900 to $2000.

The service here was poor. They limit your appointment to exactly one hour. You are allowed to try on only 8 dresses per day. The dressing rooms don't lock; someone opened the door on me while I was changing... twice.

Since I only had 8 chances to find my dress, I wanted each dress to be the style that I liked. The sales lady insisted on having me try on cuts that I didn't want. It ended up being a waste of time. I will definitely not return to this store.

Yes, horrible experience with the staff there. quite unhelpful, took them half an hour to bring me a dress and check to see if the ones i wanted were available. after i tried 2 on (for maximum of 15 minutes), they told me the next customer was here and my appointment was up. plus, they have almost no models! poor selection.

I visited this store in the search for my dress and was VERY disappointed. I had wanted to avoid this place due to all the poor reviews but since I wasn't having much luck, I decided to give it a try. WRONG CHOICE! I made the appointment well in advance and because of their weird hours (close before 6 on a weekday) I took the last appointment of the day and left work early. When I got to the store, the first feeling I got was a dirty vibe. There was hardly anyone in there (both customers and employees). My "bridal consultant" wasn't there, there was no-one left to help me except some employee who was milling about (possibly one of their seamstresses). I described what I was looking for and she told me they didn't have what I was looking for but when I looked around myself, I found 3 dresses that fit my description. She also suggested other gowns that did not fit my description at all. While trying on the 3 dresses, she left me as I tried them on, had nothing to say when she was there and offered no suggestions. She knew very little about the dresses and prices to alter. There was another dress that I inquired the owner about, and whether or not they could have it altered and shipped to the store. The guy kept emphasizing that he had a personal relationship with the brand and they'd do whatever he asked them to and not to worry. He said he'd call me the next day and let me know if they would make the changes I requested and guess what, I never heard back from the guy. I called the store a few days later only to have him say it wasn't possible. What a total waste of time this place is!

I am getting married in September of 2013 and came here for my first bridal gown experience. I had the pleasure of working with a very nice lady named Shayla who listened to what I wanted and didn't like, also included my parties ideas. I had an hour appointment and tried on a lot of dresses and found about three that I really liked. I had a lot of fun trying on the dresses. I came during the day on a Thursday back in October. I had made a 1pm appointment and was greeted and taken care of right away. To me the store looked very organized and clean. There is a wide variety. My overall experience was good. I got along well with my consultant and she even wrote down the designer and model type of the gowns I did like. Brides who are reading these comments need to remember that every girl's experience will be different and you can't always judge by what others have written on the board. Have a great time gown shoopping :)

I too went to Windsor bridal and had a bad experience... They had none of the dresses I wanted but she never even bothered to check. She kept insisting that I pick dresses that were on the display, which wasn't what I was looking for which seemed to irritate her. She then proceeded to show me dresses that were sealed in plastic garment bags. She would ask me if I loved it. I would say I would try it and she would say NO, unless u love it, your not trying it on. In the end I must have only grabbed 3 dresses. I tried them on and I was not allowed to let the dress touch the floor because dresses are not allowed to touch their carpeted floors! I asked my mom if one dress made me "hippier" than the other and the consultant proceeded to keep saying, "what do you expect, you are a big girl." I can't remember how many times she called me that and by the way, I am a size 8! We left the place with nothing good to say and would never recommend it to anyone- ever!

Went to Windsor bridal last week (May 2012) and they have moved to a temporary location on Caledonia Road. They no longer have the wide selection of gowns I had anticipated reading older posts as they have re-located to this temporary location and have are trying to sell off their existing inventory first (which is very limited.) According to the saleslady, they have only begun to order some new stock, but will probably not come for another few months. The showroom was very small and there was not a great selection of dresses. Price-wise very average. (All the dresses I tried on were 1000-1600 range) In terms of service, the saleslady I had was very helpful (I went during the day on a weekday) and took her time to help me try on dresses. To save yourself a trip if this isn't close to your area, I would call ahead to see if they have new stock coming in.
