Sugarmoon treats their client very poorly, personal experience: bought wagjag voucher, gave my appointment after 4 month, on the 3rd month they called me from Sugarmoon to reschedule for their renovation, which i happily cooperated with them, then for my personal emergency when i called to reschedule the appointment, didnt give me another appointment, saying my voucher has expired which is not my fault because they rescheduled me, they didnt respect their wagjag clients, i called so many times, none of the managers returned my phone call, the voucher was $25, so its fine with me i lost $25 but the business morals these guys have, they will face the KARMA sooner or later

I've been to both locations of Sugarmoon a few times each and every experience has been fantastic. They are incredibly knowledgeable and make every visit feel like a treat. When I've had to rearrange appointments, the staff at the front desk are always very helpful. You can pay twice as much at a high end spa, but you won't get better service.
