POP Hair

Posted by Staff / Posted on July 2, 2009

POP HairPOP Hair has moved from its former location on Spadina to an inside corner space set back from Richmond St. But despite the change of address it's still one of the best spots in the area for a women's cut.

My husband and I have been going to these guys for awhile now and they always do an amazing job. They have years of experience and are always professional!

I walked into this salon out of convenience some time ago and was so disappointed with my experience. In the couple of hours I was sitting in that chair all I heard was them talk about other clients and staff negatively. My color was sloppy while my hair cut was unfinished. I felt like I was getting worked on by a student, not seasoned professionals. There was also an air of arrogance and self-entitlement from the stylists working in this place. Needless to say I will not be returning, and would rather put my trust in "bottom of the barrel" salons than go back to this place!

One of the absolute worst salons to go to in the city, and it shows. My friend and I used to go there and each time we did, the studio would always be empty. The lazy, pretentious, and unprofessional stylists do nothing but boast about themselves, talk badly about each other, and cancel/move around appointments to suit their own schedules. It's obscene that they are still in business. I hope they get what they deserve and keep going downhill.
