Macklem'sMacklem's is a family-run business located at Dundas and Roncesvalles since 1945. They have a huge selection of strollers and carseats, as well as just about any other baby item imaginable. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and unlike most other stores, Macklem's can repair any of their strollers on-site. For a fee, they will even deliver and assemble baby furniture (and take away all the boxes).

Great selection of strollers and very knowledgeable staff. They take their time with you and do not press you into making a decision. Highly recommend it!

I agree 100% with Juliana. Really fantastic selection of strollers, toys, carriers, and everything in between.

Just wish they were open on Sundays....especially during the holidays!

Definitely LOVE Macklem's! Came in here for bedding and matching mobile.. ended up getting carrier and a bunch of other stuff! Staff is definitely friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended to all my friends :)

I found the customer service at this store horrible! I didn't get clear answers about new 2012 government regulations on car seats, they acted as though they didn't know what I was talking about. I put my name on a list for them to call me when the car seat I wanted was back in stock. They told me it would be about 4 weeks, I just called today and they told me they're no longer carrying that car seat!!! Horrible customer service - avoid this store, they don't value their customers.

While the repair shop aspect is great, the store is tired and the website is really unhelpful if you want to know what's in stock. Customer service has been hot and cold. And the hours - who's closed on Sundays anymore? Great for them but they definitely have lost business from me because of this - Sundays are the best days for me to shop! The store needs to keep up with the times in terms of selection, hours and technology.

But what is this with this comments?
I happen to be a competitor of this people but these people call themselfs costumers without spending a dime with a store?
Call yourselfs something else until you become a client and then you will see that every store where you shop will treat you like real costumers.
If it is tire kiking that you are than keep on walking until you find some one of your caliber.
Please people leave your attitude outside of the stores.
