Hey I was in your store the other night and loved what I saw, I was wondering if you could e-mail me back with information on how I could order some of your W.A.R (world at risk) stuff. I showed off the hat from you and was interested in purchasing more stuff from this line for friends and family. Thanks =)

@Chris: You're probably better off to phone the store.

I've been there a couple times with friends. Both of my friends had something they were looking for in mind when they stepped in the store and they both found it here. They are both very please with what they bought (blouse and wool jacket) because the items fit more-or-less perfectly when they put them on. The designer offered excellent service by suggesting alterations to suit their body (i.e. hemmed bottom for my short friend, and shorten jacket sleeves to adjust for arm length).

Hi Steve,

I just want to say I am very happy with my red tulip sleeved raincoat- I have gotten several compliments on it already, and I have referred everyone of them to your store. Please keep up the sales, as I only buy on sale.. but you have a certain yet to be discovered enough - edge- hidden I think, I will be in again as I like your style a lot. Thanks for your excellent service too.

BTW - I love Iman's comments on Project Runway's Canadian designers, "she doesn't care what she labels she can buy in New York- she wants Canadian's labels!!" That right there say a lot about Toronto designers and Canada in general!

Hey I have one of your workout/athletic bags from several years ago...the one with the giant #30 zipper closure and back straps. The zipper on mine broke recently and I'm wondering where / how I can get it repaired. Any ideas?

This is a great store! I love the jacket that I bought; a black long coat, that zips off to become a cute short shrug. My mom and I actually bought matching ones! Service was great!!! WAR stuff is fantastic. I have a bag that I use all the time and a really cute hat. Can't wait to go back!!!

I had purchased one of your large zipper bags through the store Posepod about 2 years ago....The bag is pretty rough shape....I was wondering whether I could purchase a new one before the end of August?

Osafo's stuff is great, especially for curvy girls. As soon as you step out of the change room, he's on you with his pins, taking in the waist, figuring out how much to let out the butt and the bust. Service is always amazing, and you feel beautiful because he makes everything fit perfectly.

In addition to the apparently just as nice ladies' clothing, this store also carries a small but very decent collection of menswear. About half or a third of it is designed by the store owner himself, and virtually all those items are subtly unique and awesome, in addition to great value for the quality you get. Not as dressy and boring-gray as in most high-profile boutiques, not as in-your-face loud and stereotypical as in more urban shops, Osafo has found a niche of "classy, different, but not pretentious". The sweet spot between dressy and casual.

I got two of my most favorite pieces from there (long warm wool coat with leather pockets for $200, slim-fit jeans shirt with gorgeous colour composition and detailing for about $100) and the only thing holding me back from getting more is the scarcity of items. There's only one or two for each size, and they often run out until he gets a new batch. He's got a cheap & reliable tailor for stuff that needs to be adjusted, and has a great eye for taking the measurements.

Steve (a.k.a. Osafo) is very talkative and genuinely interested in making you look good, and hands out suggestions for your wardrobe in general. If he feels that a piece doesn't fit you well, he'd rather tell you so than selling something you don't love. He thinks and acts more like a chatty designer - which he is - than a regular salesperson, and will not shy away from giving personal advice as well... and even after half a year of not going to his store he'll still remember the troubles with your ex that you told him about, so better keep it private in the first place :P

Steve, I knew I had a good reason to walk in your store today! You helped me find the perfect dress for my son's baptism. I was anxious to find the right dress and was afraid to spend the day searching without finding anything. I walked in your store and thank you YOU MADE MY DAY!! Having just had a baby, I still don't feel that I have my body back so it makes it even harder for me to shop but you made all the difference. This was the first non maternity, non nursing piece of clothing that I was buying since having my son 4 months ago and I felt like a million bucks in that beautiful blue dress that I bought today. Also glad that you spend the time to guide me through the completion of the style by giving me ideas about the choice of the shoes, etc. No doubt you have become my new favourite boutique on Queen West!! Thank you!

I purchased a dress for a spring wedding I'm attending at Hush and only have amazing things to say. The owner/designer Osafo is incredibly talented and provided amazing service. Not only was the dress beautiful and reasonably priced, but he pinned up the shoulder straps on the spot for alterations at no extra charge. I picked up my dress a few days later and it's honestly like a custom piece. I'm a fabric aficionado and was very impressed with the quality of the fabrics in his pieces. He mentioned that he does custom work as well--definitely going back in the future!!
