Hello Sunshine
Hello Sunshine is relatively new, having opened just across the street from High Park in 2006. Billing itself as a "creative baby shop", the boutique focuses on stylish and eco-friendly items that are "just a little bit different". They try to carry Canadian when possible - Babylicious, 3 Sprouts, and Dimpleskins are all good sellers.

PROS: Nice selection of toys, books, journals, clothing, carriers, eating utensils, diaper bags (the pretty "Is that really a diaper bag!?" diaper bags), and more for babies and toddlers. Lots of cool gear at non-insane prices. I would guess staff are NOT on commission as they are very helpful but laid-back - RE: no pressure salesmanship!
CONS: None really...but a pet-peeve of mine, as an expecting mom, is visiting baby stores with NO washrooms! C'mon! Most of us need a bathroom break at least once an hour, we're more likely to buy more if we dont have to run out and find a coffee shop in the middle of browsing!
MAJOR PRO: They're having a sale on a lot of their inventory!! 20% - 50% off!! Snagged a "Bundle Me" by JJ Cole for $48!
Also wanted to mention - they do have a washroom - with a changing station to boot!
