Haute Classics

Haute ClassicsHaute Classics stocks designer denim and high-end handbags that look barely worn. You'd swear that they hadn't lived another life, yet the price tags say otherwise. Under-$500 Prada bags mingle with $100 Betsey Johnson frocks and $20 Rock & Republic jeans. For those looking to sell some rarely worn duds, Haute pays 60% of the selling point to the consignor (the norm is 50/50). Great find? Armani white tweed jacket for $225.

I was under the impression that when I consigned my item a few months ago, that they would be putting it on their website. I talked to a few people at Haute Classics who said that it would be on the website soon, but that day never came. I feel like I was persuaded to consign with them under the notion that my item would be put on their website, when in fact, it would never end up there. I think this has hurt the selling of my item immensely.

Hi DD, we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regards to the online posting.

As you probably know, we recently have relocated to our new store at 1454 Yonge St. (Yonge & St.Clair), and online has not been updated as quickly as we had hoped for, as much of our attention went to in-store customer service. Unfortunately due to the high traffic of the items coming in and out, we are unable to post all items up on the website. Mostly our bags get posted first, then some accessories and shoes get posted before other items.

We sincerely apologize again for misleading you on posting your items, and we hope that you would reconsider consigning with us so that we can assist you better.

Thank you for taking your time to bring this our attention.

Sincerely,

Haute Classics

Hi Lori,

How are you? We apologize for not being able to respond to you any sooner.

First of all, we would like to thank you for your interests in consigning with Haute Classics.

The bride's burgundy long cloack and flower girls clocks sure sound beautiful, however regretfully we do not accept bridal items.

We specialize in highend and comtemporary designer items that are current and trendy, so if you would like to consign other non-bridal items, we would love to hear from you! Please kindly email us at hauteclassics.consign@gmail.com to get more information on consignment.

We apologize for not being able to meet your needs this time, however we hope to serve you in the near future.

Have a lovely weekend!

Just a quick question, how high end must the products be? I have some coach bags that I would like to take off my hands but am not sure if they would really qualify as high end. On a side note I also have some J brand jeans that I would like to be rid of, would they qualify?

Cons: They price to high. Pricier than Fashionably Yours.
Pros: Cleaner, more organized and less dusty than FY. And the selection is truly high-end.
