Bought a pair of "designer" Bridal shoes, which were APPARENTLY regulary priced at $500...thought I got a great deal at $250.....until I got the shoes home and noticed that the sole inlay had already come unglued AND the bottom of shoes were extremely worn...when I contacted the Bridal salon (talked directly to owner), I was told that what I had in fact purchased were "Sample Shoes", meaning this is what they give to customers to try on with their gowns and was informed that this was reason for them being ON SALE !!!Since these shoes were technically bought ON SALE they were non-refundable!!!!!
I think the worst part of this whole experience is that I later found exact same shoes could be ordered BRAND NEW from the UK for under $200!!!!!!!
A Customer Service nightmare...appears this bridal salon isn't doing very well and obviously looking to pinch pennies!!!
A definite BUYER BEWARE….I would strongly caution anyone before making ANY purchase from this Bridal Salon!!!!!!!!!
