Well it turned out to be a huge nightmare! I gave them a month to clean my dress, much work was required, they told me that my dress would be ready for pick up by June 25, 2012. I explained to the lady who works there that I need my dress by date, because I was leaving for my destination wedding within that time. I called on that date and made them aware that I could pick up my dress at that time and that I would come two days later. She said that was okay.
Two days later when I arrived at the store a older man was there. I gave him my pick up receipt so he could find my dress. I explained to him that I was there to pick up dress. He went into the store for fifteen minutes, and returned back to the counter without my dress. He said he could not find my dress and did not know where it was. That's when things went from bad to worst!
He asked if I could come behind the store to find my dress. I followed him into the work area and saw sea of wedding dresses. To my relief I found my dress, it was hung up without a garment bag and a pink stain on the lace. At this point I was annoyed. I explained to the older man that I thought my dress would be ready since the lady told me to come back on thaw date indicated on the receipt and that I was leaving for my wedding the following day and this service was unsatisfactory. I told him that since the work was not completed that a discount was in order.
At that point he started yelling at me and telling he is not giving a discount and he doesn't care that the dress is not ready and I should get "fuck out his store" and that he is not giving my dress until I paid. This yelling continued in the store to outside to the point where another passer by overheard how he was speaking to me and started to defend me. At that point I called the police. He went back into the store through my dress at me and told me not to come back.
When I got home to look at my dress I noticed the padding that goes inside my dress for cleavage was missing and had to back to the Boutique to have it resewn at cost.
