Cheveux by Darren Kwik is a boutique hair studio on the ground floor of the Chocolate Company Lofts south of Trinity-Bellwoods. A staple salon in the neighbourhood for years, it's known for giving miraculous makeovers and funky-yet-elegant cuts in its small but chic space that can accommodate up to four clients at a time. Complimentary coffee, herbal tea and in the evenings, wine, are the norm here. Head stylist Kwik is no stranger to celebrities, and you too can be treated like an A-lister by the man himself, with women's cuts for $80 and men's for $45 (otherwise cuts start at $50 for women and $30 for men).
