My boyfriend bought me underwear and a bra for x-mas, and I always wear a small, but they convinced him that this particular pair of panties fits small, so he should go up to a medium. He did, they fit, it was great. For valentine's day he went back to buy me another bra and panties, from the same company. He explained that he bought medium panties the first time around due to their fit and asked if all Chantelle underwear fit the same. They said yes, they all fit small, and to stick with a medium (incidentally they only had a medium left in the store). When I opened the bag and saw them, they were huge. I tried them on, and I look like a superhero from the 80's. I tried calling them to see what my options are, obviously I cannot return or exchange them, and they lied to me saying they told him to get a small in this pair because they do not run small like the other pair. The girl was not rude, but she kept lying about what happened when he bought the underwear. Every time I confronted her, she would interrupt me and say "well there is nothing we can do, but next time tell him to get you a small." I told her there would be no next time, and I will send him to Holt or Melmira or somewhere else from now on where hopefully they won't sell for the sakes of selling.
