My guess is that they are trying to be *upscale* compared to the rest of the street (i.e. Le Chateau, Mexx, H&M, Zara, etc...) but really fall short of the style and quality you will find on Bloor/Yorkville for not much more money.
If you're a student or 20-something clubber looking to impress your friends or buy your first suit without looking like your dad, give it a try, otherwise, forget it.
I am a younger guy and do not look like your average suit buyer. Other stores did not give me the time of day. The guy at Boomer took his time and explained what and why I should buy the suit I did.
Great service and suit......
I have to agree with the "questionable" customer service. The "old guy" has a selective attitude toward customers. I suppose that I did not look like the clientele they are cultivating. Thumbs down.
Will
As usual the service was great and they got suited up with great suits.
You people might be mistaking the service with not being jumped on like some other stores I have visited. If you need help your gonna get it from this store....happy again.
Its actually a nice change to not have a salesperson breathing down my neck, following my every step.
Take a minute to chat with Joseph, he's a pretty cool guy that knows his product.
Also, I am not sure where these customer service issues are coming from but if you are looking a best friend I would suggest you go to a bar and not a clothing store.
