Went to your booth in Vaughan Mills Sept 25/10 @ approx 1:00 p.m. Looking at Jewellery. Also other customers looking @ jewellery while your booth salesperson is on her phone busy texting and not trying to help customers or even acknowledging them. Her face was literally in her phone busy texting. After waiting for approx. 5 mins. and calling out to her several times. She responded after she was finish texting. I asked if that's the way they do business. She said to me that I don't have to be rude. I simply told her I needed to see a ring that I intended on purchase. She started with an attitude. I then told her to forgrt it. She said that she didn't need my business and to F--K OFF.
