BalisiBalisi is one of the better shoe stores in Toronto with three locations including the original on College, this one on Queen West and a brand new shop on the Danforth.

Balisi doesn't understand what customer service is. They only have themselves in mind when it comes to there products. I do not recommend shopping there. Their products can speak for themselves.

Balisi has an amazing selection of shoes and is definitely one of my favorite shoe stores in the city. If only their staff weren't trained to follow you around the store and comment on every pair of shoes you touch or look at, and/or make comments on what you are wearing, how your day is going etc. They are incredibly obnoxious, making for a truly unpleasant shopping experience.

Balisi has a great selection unfortunately the customer service is awful. I bought a trench from them in the Spring and the lining ended up falling apart after I wore it a few times. They gave me a hard time about it when they acknowledged it was a flawed product in the first place. They eventually took it in to repair but it was ridiculous how long the process took. Be aware of what you're buying from them.

Poor quality products, they fall apart after a few months.
