The York Entrepreneurship Development Institute (YEDI)- a startup incubator based out of the Schulich Executive Education Centre at York University- is now accepting application with innovative ideas for any sector and at any stage of development. YEDI offers a 12-week rigorous and free curriculum, during which selected applicants will receive practical & academic training from top-tier instructors, as well as mentorship from industry experts in order to refine their ideas and build successful businesses and efficient not-for-profit models that are investor-ready. At the conclusion of the program, participants will pitch and showcase their ventures at the Venture Fair for a chance to receive up to $500,000 in funding. Applications accepted until August 15, 2014 at 11:59 EST
