Waterfront Arcade

Waterfront Arcade is an interactive installation where video games from Toronto-based artists will be projected on a giant screen for audience members to watch and play. There will also be a selection of games that combine digital technology with physical gameplay to give audience members a wide variety of activities to engage with.

This is a free event for people of all ages to join in and play games next to the waterfront!

Founded in 2009, the Hand Eye Society is a Toronto not-for-profit dedicated to supporting games made primarily as a form of creative expression. It provides audience development, education, exhibition opportunities, mentorship, advocacy and inspiration to game creators, enthusiasts, and the game-curious in Toronto. It fosters and supports game-makers from diverse backgrounds, and connects their work to audiences beyond the established “gamer” network.
