Verity Fundraising Dinner in Support of The Gardiner Museum

Verity is holding a joint, four course dinner with the Gardiner Museum at GEORGE Restaurant in conjunction with its next exhibition "Women, Art, and Social Change: The Newcomb Pottery Enterprise" (February 5-May 17), a touring exhibition from the Smithsonian Institute and the Newcomb Art Gallery at Tulane University, which tells the story of a group of women in turn-of-the-century New Orleans who created one of the premiere arts and crafts enterprises in the world. Karen Sherriff, Chair of the Gardiner Museum and other Gardiner officials will comment at dinner on the exhibition and the evolving entrepreneurial spirit of women.

The price for the four course dinner including a glass of champagne and a $100 donation to the Gardiner Museum is $235 per person. The dinner will feature food specially selected by Chef Lorenzo Loseto, winner of the Gold Medal Plates 2014. Guests will also receive two complimentary passes to see the exhibition. Tax receipts will be issued following the event.
