Untold Stories by Social Innovators
It's no secret, CSI likes to celebrate the success of social innovators. And rightly so! Their incredible work not only changes the world, but their stories fuel the movement for social good by inspiring others to do the same.
But behind the successes, there is also struggles, challenges and failures. There are the stories we often don't hear and yet, they are just as important to understanding what it takes to be a social innovator.
On May 21, 2015, the Centre for Social Innovation is hosting 5 incredible speakers for our first ever, Untold Stories of Social Innovators. Join us for an intimate evening as we hear real and raw stories from incredible folks who have moved the world - over a glass of wine. Speakers include:
Jennifer Keesmat, Chief Planner for the City of Toronto
Marie Moliner, Chair of the Board for CSI and the Regional Executive Director for the Department of Canadian Heritage
Luke Anderson, Founder of the Stop Gap Foundation
Mike Brcic, Chief Happiness Officer at Sacred Rides
Tonya Surman, Co-Founder and Chief Dishwasher at CSI
