For years now TWM has had a love affair going on with Windsor and more specifically with the Locusts Have No King. So naturally it made sense to have them play this festival. Seeing then in an unique setting like the Magpie has a great chance to be one of the highlights of the entire festival.

Dizzying, challenging loud garage/punk/psych outfit Connoisseurs of Porn are the type of band who work perfectly in the atmosphere that is the Magpie Taproom. Get on out and grab yourself a cassette or two and check them out.

Since Royal Creatures had their lead singer Maurice move to Montreal their sets have been spaced out and few and far between. What that means is every show is special and this one is no different. The band has been hard at work writing and working on new material that you'll be able to see at this show. Perhaps the best band in Toronto. Bet you didn't know it?

Leading into the loudest two bands of the entire festival with some of the best hard-rock metal players in the country. Last time Ol' Time Moonshine and Gypsy Chief Goliath played together on a TWM show they put an absolutely epic night together at Rancho. Now they do it again, grab some ear plugs and prepare to rock the f out.

When all is said and done and everyone looks back on this festival don't be surprised if Gypsy Chief Goliath is the biggest band we had booked. Things have been happening for them in a big way across the world right now. Proof that stoner rock/metal is alive and well!
