Keith Brooks from Environmental Defence's Water, Climate, and Energy Program outlines Ontario's initiatives to clean up the Great Lakes. Eighty percent of litter in the Great Lakes is plastic; water bottles are a major source of this pollution. Ontario has the lowest plastic bottle recycling rate of any province and over half of our plastic water bottles end up in landfills or the environment.
