It is a story of siblings Thulani and Zanele, they journey through life knowing that they have no one but each other to lean on. With Alexandra Township serving as a vibrant backdrop, the siblings escape one tragedy and build a life together where big brother Thulani is over protective of his younger sister. As we witness Zanele's coming of age story in a neighbourhood where there seems to be no escape, Zanele starts making decisions that puts her in harm's way. The two siblings share a very strained relationship that is compounded when Zanele falls for the charm of an older man, she sees this as her only way to escape what she thinks is a bleak future in the township.As we witness Zanele's coming of age story in a neighbourhood where there seems to be no escape, Zanele starts making decisions that puts her in harm's way.
