Roots music icon Chris Strachwitz, founder of Arhoolie Records, has fought back against corporate “mouse music” since 1960. This Ain’t No Mouse Music follows Strachwitz from Texas to New Orleans, Cajun country, and Appalachia, on his passionate quest to find the musical soul of America.

Includes post-screening Q&A and short performance by folk musician Ken Whiteley, moderated by Mervon Mehta, The Royal Conservatory of Music's Executive Director of Performing Arts.
