Toronto Common is partnering with Montecito for their first Thirsty and Curious event!

Montecito General Manager and certified Sommelier, Heather McDougall, knows wines can sometimes be intimidating but it doesn't have to be scary. Whether you're an experienced taster, thirsty and curious for new wines, or just starting out, Heather has put together a series of wine tasting events to break through the pretence and she's invited us along to the first event.

An intro to the Classics with 3 reds and 3 whites that give a well rounded understanding of traditional wine styles and the language of wine, the first event will help you navigate a wine list and the LCBO shelves with confidence, while tasting some pretty great wines.

We will be discussing the five Ws of wine with a selection of wines from around the world accompanied with a selection of local cheese and charcuterie.
