Theatre Genesis TO is dedicating to producing original Canadian work and connecting emerging artists from different regions of the country. We are proud to announce that for our inaugural production, we are presenting a double bill of two Canadian comedies written by award-winning playwrights from Alberta and Manitoba whose work has never been produced in Ontario until now: “WILF” by James Wade and “Harold and Vivian Entertain Guests” by Jessy Ardern. These one-act comedies wills be presented consecutively at the Storefront Theatre, located at 955 Bloor Street West from August 25th-28th 2016. You can see both shows for only $15! The playwrights and company members involved with TGTO have all been professionally trained and/or educated in Theatre and the performing arts. They hail from four provinces, and nine cities across the country, including Ottawa, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Toronto, Brampton, Regina, Peterborough, Winnipeg, and Calgary.
