The Women Who Built Canada

Womens Rights are Human Rights. Equality rights are of particular importance, given the unequal treatment women have experienced in Canada. Women on this tour spent decades fighting for the rights that you enjoy today. Some sacrificed their whole lives so that you have the right vote, attend university, to become doctors, lawyers or a police officer. Many of these women have been forgotten, but on this tour they will be remembered for the struggle and sacrifices they endured.
