In September 2014, animator/artist/filmmaker Brett Long was the recipient of The Toronto Animated Image Society's’ first-ever six-month paid artist residency supported by The Petman Foundation, with his proposal to create a stop-motion animated adventure in Panoramic 3D using experimental Oculus Rift technology. On Saturday July 4th the public is invited to come see what he’s been working on, and the processes, experiments and problem-solving that his pioneering work has necessitated over the last six months. The artist talk will be accompanied by refreshments and an outdoor barbecue.

Stay tuned for the call-out for our Fall 2015-Spring 2016 Residencies for both National and International Artists!
