The Seventh Annual All-Night Jewish Learning Festival

The seventh annual All-night Jewish Learning Festival, a free event in celebration of the holiday of Shavuot, is back at the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre (MNjcc) on May 23 and open to all. Shavuot commemorates the moment that the ancient Israelites received the Torah at Mount Sinai. This truly enlightening event is the largest of its kind in Canada and combines traditional and contemporary approaches to Jewish lifestyle, practices and concerns. With over 50 free workshops for all ages, the Festival is truly “doors-open Judaism,” a diverse, inclusive experience where everyone is invited to nourish their own interests and try something new.
