It is almost laughable how common and wearing the effects of stress are these days.

Most talk among the common members of our society revolves around how many things they are juggling, and how much stress that juggling is causing them.

From family, to finances, to food… The circus doesn’t ever seem to come to a halt!

So we try to catch a break. We’ll go on a vacation, or go for a bike ride… But still, we experience the effects of this show we try to put on in the midst of our inhumanly fast-paced culture.

When does it stop? How can it stop?

How can we pull ourselves out of the mania that this 21st century lifestyle causes us?
