RT’s Employment Law Bootcamp will arm participants with the ammunition they will need to successfully navigate the employment relationship.The Bootcamp will cover essential employment law issues from hiring, accommodation, and performance management to termination and post-termination. Participants will gain an understanding of key employment legislations in Ontario, and will learn how to prepare effective employment contracts and policies. This highly interactive two-day seminar will allow participants to walk away with practical knowledge to tackle challenging employment issues in their workplaces.

Employment Standards and Other Legislation: The Rules of Engagement

Performance Management/Discipline: No Need for a Court Martial

Termination: Setting up the Firing Squad
