BROTHER LEVON

Purveyors of heavy funk rock, Brother LeVon stand tall with their unique hook-driven, horn-filled, soulful style of music. This 7-piece powerhouse commands the audience with an explosive high-energy performance like the hosts of a sonic house party where everyone gets laid.

Formed in 2015 by Spencer LeVon (Lead guitar, Piano, Vocals) and Mark Pezzelato (Producer, Drummer). The two started writing and recording together with the intention of creating a timeless heavy funk-inspired, danceable, and feel-good album. Throughout the process, members Adam Zlotnik (Bass), Selina Greco (Vocals), Blake LeVon (Keyboard, Vocals), Patrick Smith (Sax) and Mason LeVon (Percussion) soon joined to form the monumental sound of Brother LeVon.

Currently crushing live audiences across Ontario and wrapping up the recording of their self-titled debut album, Brother Levon is ready to create the next wave of soulful funk rock.

THE ACHROMATICS

Earth, Wind & Fire meets Enrique Iglesias.

The Supremes meet Carlos Santana.

A band like no other: A driving rhythm section, a powerful female horn section, motown-style vocals, and a Top-40-calibre stage show.

Thoughtful lyrics and great grooves: Music to be appreciated by the mind and body.

This accomplished group of musicians from the GTA had been working together for several years as a corporate cover band, when inspiration struck: What would happen if we combined our knowledge of popular repertoire, performance chops, and showmanship into an original project? The result: The Achromatics, a nine-person superband of epic proportions which debuted July 2016 at the Mississauga Ribfest.

Like a lense that transmits light without separating it into distinct colors, The Achromatics transmit sound and experience without distinguishing between genres. A truly Canadian band, they’ve created a new sensation in pop music that hopes to unite people regardless of culture, age, or class.
