Tonight’s music and film are a testament to the power of a dream. Singer-songwriter Jill Godin, a Quispamsis, N.B. native and the recent winner of the national “It’s Your Shot” singing competition, graces the ORF stage with her award-winning vocals. The Oscar-winning 2013 American documentary 20 Feet from Stardom rounds out the evening, capturing the lives of acclaimed background singers.

The evening’s custom menu crafted by 99 Sudbury’s in-house chefs echoes the topic of the film with an “Almost Famous” theme. Plus, a diverse selection of food items from Cool City Oyster Yard, and beers from ORF’s long-standing partner Amsterdam Brewery.

Doors at 7:30pm with the musical act coming on shortly thereafter and the film commencing at sundown. Tickets on sale now for $15 each and can be purchased through OpenRoofFestival.com
