TFC Championship Parade and Rally
With Toronto FC wrapping their record-setting season with its first MLS Cup championship on Saturday, the city of Toronto will celebrate its Major League Soccer Champions with a downtown parade followed by a fan rally at Nathan Phillips Square beginning at 11:45 a.m.
The parade will depart from Maple Leaf Square on the west side of Air Canada Centre at 11:45 a.m. before traveling up York Street, east on Front Street, and again north on Bay Street to Toronto City Hall at Nathan Phillips Square for a celebration rally from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
The championship parade will feature open-air double decker buses carrying the team and the MLS Cup along with the BMO/TFC Santa Claus Parade float and Toronto FC’s supporter groups marching before arriving at Nathan Phillips Square for the fan rally.
Fans are reminded to dress warmly and to wear red in support of TFC.
11:45 a.m. – Parade departs Maple Leaf Square (Air Canada Centre)
12:30 p.m. – Parade arrives at Toronto City Hall (Nathan Phillips Square)
12:30-1:30 p.m. – Championship celebration at Nathan Phillips Square
The following street closures will be in place for the Toronto FC MLS Cup Championship Parade & Rally on Monday, December 11, 2017. These closures will be in effect from 7:00 a.m until 12:30 p.m.
