Shopify has been growing rapidly and now has a talent acquisition team of over thirty people recruiting for four offices, plus some remote positions. As a result, we meet a lot of people.

Brady is a recruiter, Mina is a Ruby developer, and they both went through the hiring process at Shopify together, but from different perspectives. So, we thought we'd tackle this conversation about recruiting in the tech industry a little differently and have them both talk about the experience of hiring and getting a job in the tech industry from both sides of the table.
