This is the place to be to get connected with outrageously FUN women who are committed to changing their lives for the better. Whether you are a ambitious twenty-something, a super-mama, or a power woman who is all about her work, you'll find meaningful female connections.

This is not your regular meet-up with a host. Nor is it a networking meetup, although partnerships will happen when they are based on real connections and friendships. This is a community facilitated by two professional coaches who will be your sisters, friends and mentors on this journey of self-discovery and will help you bring a spark back into your life.

How It Works:

If you are longing for soulful connections, a sense of belonging and social life outside of work and family this group is for you. This is the place to build authentic friendships, to re- discover and reinvent yourself in a safe and non judgmental space. If you want to charge of your life, add moments of belly laughter and shake off the seriousness of your life (and that ass), then come out and join us!

What You Get:

We host bi-weekly meet-ups in Richmond Hill and Downtown Toronto (called the Secret Spark Sessions). Each Spark Session we bring a topic that is meaningful to your relationship, career, and self-development: stuff like dealing with overwhelm + people-pleasing syndrome. What do you take a stand for? Who do you want to be in your relationships? How do you want to show up at work? What kind of Friend do you want to be? How much money do you want to make? What does success look like to you?

You will each get a chance to be coached around the topic of the night, something personal that matters to you. As coaches we are concerned with how to be fierce, courageous and take radical action. Our dream is to help you to take risks and become more confident, conscious, and fearless with your life. If you are ready to be real and transparent, if you are ready for change, then the Spark Sessions are for you.

If you are just looking to have fun then come out to our SparkParties!! Once a month we go party, so that everyone in the meetup can mix and mingle. We want to add some excitement to our group with wild nights that get us out into Toronto’s awesome nightlife scene in a comfortable way, in a close group of women. For the like-minded women who are not able to come to our SparkSessions, we still want to meet you and this is the perfect place to connect! This the perfect place to be yourself and let your hair down :)

We are two professional coaches who felt the need to build a movement for women to have a place to connect with themselves and others. Our dream is that you are supported and challenged to be bigger, bolder and passionate about life. We want you to feel alive. We want you to be excited. We want to help you find your passion. Our Policy: If you RSVP for an event please attend. We understand that life happens and you may not be able to, but in that instance kindly change your RSVP to "not attending" . Every meetup will have a very intimate group of women, so if you sign up and do not attend, you are taking the spot of another woman who wants to come! If you are a "no show" 3 times, we will have to remove you from the group. There is no charge to be a member of this group, however we will charge a fee of $30 to facilitate the SparkSessions. There is no charge to attend the SparkNights, beyond your own food and drink. For security purposes we have made this a private group. Therefore you can only see the event location if you are a member of this group to ensure the safety of our members.

Before Joining: Please take a moment and fill out your profile information completely and post a REAL photo of yourself, so we can make sure you are who you say you are! This is a Meetup for women and women only, sorry menfolk! You are awesome, but not allowed in our she-woman sisterhood.
