Culinary Instructor Chef Keith leads Toronto's most exciting high school culinary program. Students produce hundreds of meals daily, compete in culinary competitions and tend to their own 8000 sq.ft. organic garden. Keith was named the 2014 Toronto Star teacher of the year and used the proceeds from a recent Chopped Canada victory to help fund a European culinary adventure for 18 of his students. The trip's highlight saw the students cooking and eating their way through Barcelona. It is this experience that has provided the inspiration for this evening's fabulous menu.
